At Nomadworks we don't just make films. We decide, with you, which films your company needs. It starts at the table, not on set: we map how your company is seen, which stories matter, who needs to see them, on which channels, in which order. Out of that comes a visual plan, not a one-off film. Think of it as architecture: the structure first, then the building.
Then we build it, with the right tool for each story. Live-action when it's about people. 3D when it's about how something works. AI when a story needs more than a budget or a calendar allows. All three in one studio, so the plan decides the method, never the other way around.
A film is not finished when it's delivered. We cut it to every format it needs, place it where it will actually be seen, and track what it does. What we learn feeds the next film. That is the difference between a supplier and an architect: we stay.
For when authenticity is the point. When a company needs to show its own DNA: the people, the craft, the floor where things get made. Live-action is the only tool that carries emotion without effort. For HR and recruitment films it is the only way to go. It is also where we started.
For when precision matters more than mood. Technical stories too specific to leave to AI. Product data too sensitive to feed into an AI model. Art direction that needs full control over every surface and every angle. We build the product in 3D and show exactly what it does.
For when everything has to be possible. Worlds where physics bends. Or, more often, a layer on top of a shoot or a 3D build: extending a set, adding a scene, cutting weeks from a schedule. And for short social content and simple product films there is no faster way to produce well.
Nomadworks is founded and run by Ralf Demesmaeker, director and producer with two decades in the industry, working with a network of freelance specialists across every discipline. Based in Antwerp, working in Belgium, the Netherlands, Germany, South Africa and the Middle East.
Story first. We decide what a film has to do before we decide how it is made. Shoot, 3D or AI follows from that, never the other way around.
